Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Package Tracker Chrome extension or Android app ("Service") operated by Package Tracker ("we", "us", or "our").

By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Package Tracker provides a tool that reads shipping-related emails in your Gmail inbox and displays package tracking information in a convenient interface. The Service is available as a Chrome browser extension and an Android application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Google Account & Gmail Access

The Service requires you to sign in with a Google account and grant read-only access to your Gmail inbox. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We will only access Gmail data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription & Billing

• The Service is offered with a 7-day free trial followed by a subscription of $5 per month.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to collect data about other people without their consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding associated with the Service is our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all packages will be detected. Package detection depends on the format of emails sent by merchants and carriers, which may change at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed deliveries or inaccurate tracking information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension or app and cancelling your subscription.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
